Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this latest document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling different sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for dock shelters.
